Openned about 4 months now down to label Improving with time. Just a beutiful butter scotch nose. Really full & lovely. The overall taste is unfortuantely water down to 43%. I really wonder how good this could have been. Cinnomon forward, spicy finsih.

Solid Irish. Vanilla & banna up front. A waxy honey floral finish. Low ABV hurts this a lot. I bet it would be a heck of a cask strength. I probably wont get another bottle. Teeling small batch at 35$ is better as is Powers johns lane & green spot.

Ive had this open for about 2 years Down to lable. Nose is awesome. Friut cake all the way. Its a dark & rich Tast is maple predominate woth mint or piney fishish. Creamy with some dark coffee flavors

This is a real dense Scotch. Super enjoyable but in small doses. Ive had it open for about 2 months. Had both neat & with some water. Both was are great & water does not change it much The nose is salty bacon? Floral maybe even chocolate covered cherries. There is a lot going on Taste is a rch, brine bbq of ike toffee bacon mixed with fruit… IDK how to summarize it better.

2nd pour. Bought this becasue I loved the Borolo cask finish. & was one of an all time Irish fav. Nose is all green apple & pear & is beutiful. Taste is floral, orange honey wirh some nutty earthiness Spicy & a bit waxy. Nice kong after taste. I terestimg but does not match previous wine cask finishes

Excellent crafted malt The distilate comes out so nicely This is all honey & pear. Long spicy honey finish.

Had open for about 2 months. Down to lable. Nose is nice, rich, dark fruit Taste sweet, dark fruit, lots of maple syrup. Mouth feel is light. Its not overly complex but solid finished burbon but not living up to the price. I do enjoy it

Open about 2 months. Down past the shoulder. Fantastic. Nose. Can nose this for hours. Ripe figs, toffee, sweet. Malt “funk”. Palate. Sweet, spicey, creamy, long delicious finish

Had this open for about 8 months. Down to about 1/2 bottle. The nose is complex, sweet breakfest cereal. The palate is excellent. Sweet apple, creamy cereral, with a great spicy finish.

Had this open for about 6 months. Its a beautiful bottle & had it outnon the bar. I really enjoy it. Nose is awesome & can get a sweet apple as soon as uncork it. Its all tripical fruit that carries onto the palat. Great initial sweet tropical fruit & even banana. Long pleasant spicy finish
