Nose: Heavy cornbread, sweet and wheaty. Palate: More sweet grains, some mild honey Finish: Gets sweeter as it lingers, but it is not long. This is a very interesting whiskey. It was sweet on first taste, but has gotten more wheaty as its gone by. It would definitely go well with a meal.
