Nose: oak and cinnamon are prominent. Layers of ethanol, vanilla, brown sugar Palate: spice, pepper, and summer fruits. Nice balanced richness with crazy mouthfeel. Finish: straight dark chocolate, leather, oak, spice. Finish lingers long but medium in strength Certainly better than the SiB but not by a large amount. Proof is perfect.
