Neat - rich brown sugar, bright apple and caramel with slight butter and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, rich dark brown sugar, caramel and apple pie; leather and oak on the finish. There is something flat and stale about it once it opens up in the bottle. Maybe it’s the charcoal mellowing process.
