Nose - creamy vanilla, hay, biscuit, a little bit of green apple some ginger and some light citrus. (after pouring maybe 20 minutes after first taste I swear I could smell milk chocolate)
Taste - creamy vanilla, bisquit, ginger. There is some tiny hint of sour(in a nice way).
Finish - medium length finish that for me is mainly creamy and bisquity and sometimes it tastes like creme Brule.
I don't believe this to be a very complex whisky but it's does what it does very well. It makes me smile while I drink it.
