Mild nose, slight candy apple, but nothing overwhelming. On the taste, it does have a slight single malt character to it, sweet corn, pretty dry, not the usual vanilla or caramel flavors which makes it different. Long finish with some spice and herbal tones, but light in body. Kentucky chew opens it up to toast and peanut, mild honey as well. Very dry and smooth in the finish. Fantastic sipper. May the 4th be with you. 2024 Nose sweet corn, some chicory and cinnamon. Palette: sweet and spicy, mellows to a marshmallow, maybe a citrus like lemon, mid and back are more peanut and winter spices, finish is long with honey and mint. My how things do change!
