N:nice oak upfront mildly tabnic, cherry cola, Charr or black tea, some of the herbal and baking spice like nutmeg is there on the back
P: wood spice, black cherry and ethanol upfront, spice rises then sweetness like confectioners sugars on the end, medium/heavy viscosity
F: long, combination of the drier wood spice sweetness linger
This is not my favorite batch of stj, the wood note is a little drying and sharper imo and the sweetness is more sugary and one note where other batches are more cohesive to my palate, that said- it's still great
