Herbal and oaky nose with some mint. Caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla are there too, but herbal/oak notes really stand out to me. The flavor has caramel, butterscotch, and faint fruits up front. The finish has a lot of oak, herbal notes, mint, and a touch of char/smoke that lingers.
