Spice and slight ethanol sting on the nose. I’m not big on big spice notes, but the one that hit me when I sipped this beauty was delightful. The spice is balanced by sweet honey and apple. Faint, lingering cinnamon spice finish. I can see why this sucker is hard to come by. It’s amazing!
