Rich without being dessert-like. Tastes a bit like a rubber boot thats been walking in the mud. Long, smoky finish with an underlying sweetness that isnt overpowering. Very well-balanced, considering the higher proof. Really like it, if its appropriate for the mood. The canister is illustrated with notes about the peat and process, which is a bit fun.
