Black marker, iodine, meaty smoke, some sweetness Taste- bright fruits, tangy apple skins, hard punch and spikey spices, black pepper then gives way to salty brine, rich smoke, unripe green melons Finish- rich smoke, bits of sweetness fade quick, then it's all salty spray and a very slow fading peat smoke. It's with you for the haul. Freaking delicious.
