Let sit for about 5 minutes. Uncorking.
๐: Light heather sunset notes, tears and legs abound, burnt orange and copper when held up to the light;
๐: Woody, vanilla bean notes, sweet buttercream, fresh apple pie, ethanol burn if you put your nose too close to the rim, some bananas foster at the end;
๐
: Warm, pleasant oily mouthfeel, chewy, apples and stone fruits, speaking of apples it tastes like caramel apple on Halloween, baking spices on the back end, spicy and peppery;
๐: The taste definitely lingers in a good way, tastes like you just took a bite of Grandma's apple pie (btw my grandma never made apple pie lol ๐), also tastes like you bit into an apple, this allocated whiskey definitely lives up to its billing.
