Love the oak on Blanton's. Not too sweet but a nice dose of brown sugar up front, very long and smooth finish. This is a great go to that's pretty widely available and has a killer bottle. UPDATE – had a particularly spectacular bottle from Grand Cru in Nashville who did a private bottling. Having them ship me two more from the same batch, had a longer finish than I'm used to on Blanton's that took it to another level.
