Springbank 23 year Calvert Woodley Single Cask
Single Malt — Scotland

Quite artificially floral and sugary on the nose, reminds me of SweeTart’s candies mixed with scratch and sniff stickers, there’s a little farm yard muskiness too.
Palate is…interesting, it’s weirdly saccharine yet bitter, SweeTarts again, I kinda dig it, but it would get old fast.
Short finish is more of the same.
Thanks to @ctbeck11 for the sample.

@ctbeck11 I have also rued a few bargain buys
The only Springbank that has scored less than a 4.0 for me. I won’t hold it against them though, as this is an independent bottling. I should have known when I was able to buy a 23 Year Springbank for under $200.
