Nose: Simple, light honey and some pear.
Palate: Very light. Some honey, some oaky taste, mostly little.
Finish: Borders on watery. Very little lingering, but very smooth to drink. However, a small note of smoke came out at the end to keep things interesting.
There is very little going on here. This is very one note, and not very complex. However, that final smokey note kept the whiskey relevant for me. This would make a perfect base for cocktails, and is suprisingly good for sitting and sipping lazily.
