Nose: Sherry, honey Palate: Incredibly sweet. Notes of honey, some oak. Finish: Very smooth, the honey lingers. Notes of vanilla come up last before it lingers off. Very mild smoke, but not major. Overall, this is a very smooth whiskey. It is the pinnacle of a non peated, sherry finished scotch.
