Neat: Thick, syrupy, rich, intense, figs, nuts.
With a teaspoon of water: Molasses, honey, baking spices, nuts, figs, prunes, licorice, graham crackers, cherries, apricot, sultanas, malt, vanilla, caramel, on nose and viscous, oily, rich palate, and long finish.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite bottles in the collection. I haven’t gotten around to reviewing yet, but it’ll score very high.
@PBMichiganWolverine this is my first Solist.
@ContemplativeFox I thought it was a great price and jumped on it right away, split the bottle with a buddy.
The Soloist ones are amazing. Pricey, though. Have you tried others in the range?
Further evidence that the Soloist line is some excellent whisky - as it should be considering the price. $300 for a bottle of this sounds like quite a find!
