My favorite Alabama whiskey. Getting hard to find and a bit pricey. Rich, thick, oily. Caramel sweet, with a vegetal note that I usually only get with Texas whiskey. Finish has some young corn note. Since this is a single barrel, some variation in batches. Some bottles I've had tasted a bit young. Happy to serve this as a fine example of Alabama whiskey. I try to keep a bottle on hand to serve to guest a taste of Alabama.
