This stuff is really quite good. I wouldn’t say I’m really big in the barrel proof scene, but maybe I could be. I also don’t really care for anything Jack Daniel’s, but this is a different story. Nose: I get a lot of banana. It’s really sweet but not overpowering for the proof. Pallet: this is where this shines in my opinion. It’s like candy. It’s like buttery caramel up front and then it gets really hot. Finish: is long and ok I guess. It’s really hot. I imagine this will be great on ice.
