nose is mild and sweet. Palate grows and the finish is smoky and peat. Such a nice finish, peatty but not Ardbeg. 2nd dram: mild toffee/green apple/chocolate nose, spiced palate hard to guess what, sweet smooth finish that lingers but not unpleasant. Lots to like in the finish, citrus fruit, cinnamon. I feel like the finish is where this drink is at, where it can really be enjoyed.
