Cherries and cinnamon on the nose, some heat up front on the the palate that is quickly dispersed and tempered by the beautiful viscosity and oak and biscuit flavors. Finish is long and pleasant with a nice hug, cherries and cinnamon again. Add a couple drops of water and the profile simply expands upon itself with sugar cookies and nuts being added into the mix.
