Tasting Notes
"The nose is pleasantly reminiscent of a pile of leaves drying in the sun, with notes of pinecone, cedar, nutmeg, clove, red apple and dark cherry. The palate is much more cherry-forward, with sharper flavors or clove mixed with vanilla, cornflakes cereal, and cinnamon embedded in a toffee-like richness in the midpalate. A pink lady apple tartness carries the flavors into a medium finish which ends on a hot and spicy note. "
