The nose is an intense tropical fruit medley, with over-ripe banana, ripe mango, papaya, pineapple, and the sweet juice syrup in a can of fruit cocktail, along with hints of vanilla and something like lemon-scented furniture polish. The mouthfeel is heavy and viscous. On the palate I get caramelized plaintain, mango, lightly salted banana chips, dried durien fruit, pineapple juice, and faint notes of almond butter and cigar ash. The finish is long and hot, with more of the tropical fruit cocktail and a hint of truffles, and fainter, thankfully fleeting notes of acetone and furniture varnish. This would not be a nightly sipper for me, but very good and very intense.
