Nose: mint, Carmel/vanilla, grass and rye spice
Pallet: the pallet reflects what the nose smells. The Carmel/vanilla note is present in the front and the back end has a building rye spice and spearmint taste.
Finish: short to medium finish.
Mouth feel: decent viscosity, not great, but it doesn’t drink as watery as other ryes I’ve tried at this proof point.
Overall it’s a really crushable rye. Not a whole lot going on but I think it’s worth it’s price point.
