This has toned down on the overpowering spice or whatever was overtaking the flavor when enjoyed neat. This is a smokey, savory and slightly sweet dram wit a bit of spice. Oddly reminds me of a lightly oked and not very salty ham with a hint of sweet glaze toward the finish. Long finish.
