This is my third time tasting this dram and ready to review. I’ll say, it’s most helpful to warm up for this one. Typically, I warm up for a high proof but this pour requires an alert palate. I’d suggest 2 wildly different expressions then dive into this beauty. This is a wildly floral dram. A bouquet of bourbon. Literally roses on the nose and rose water on the palate. There’s booze too and you’ll love it. The palate and finish are seemless. A flaky cinnamon pastry, airy, a hint of lemon. Crazy overpriced in the lobby of your hotel but you buy it every morning you’re there.
