Nose: It smells like vanilla and rye spice. It smells like a higher proof bourbon than what it is. Palate: Vanilla, oak, nuts and baking spices seem to be prevalent from front to back. The heat builds and then drops off. Cherry notes are in the background through out. Finish: medium to long finish. Oak and spice is what is left over from the palate.
