Nose: Carmel, oak, nuts and cinnamon. Carmel and cinnamon being the big notes I smell mixed in with some heat. Palate: Reminds me of a red hot. If you mixed Larceny Barrel Proof and Elijah Craig Barrel Proof together and add extra cinnamon, you’d end up with this. Well balanced and great taste. Finish: medium to long. The cinnamon and nuts build on the finish a lot more than on the palate.
