Nose: Vanilla, red fruit and grapes are the primary notes I get on the nose. Spice is in the background but not over bearing.
Palate: It drinks incredible. It has a really nice, coating mouth feel and none of the spice mentioned is over bearing. I get vanilla, apples, grapes and a touch of cinnamon. If you like fruit forward bourbons, this is for you.
Finish: Medium finish. The spice tends to gradually build and then fade.
Amazing bourbon at a great price. 30-35 dollars for a 10 year, age stated, bourbon is a great value. It’s one of my favorites from Buffalo Trace.
