Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, nuts and sweet oak are well balanced. It smells sweet. Palate: Upfront you get a lot of vanilla. As it works it’s way to the back you get some cinnamon and nuts and finishes on the sweet oak note. Finish: Long finish as described above. I love this bourbon. It’s probably one of my favorite “Friday night pours.”
