Nose: Vanilla, spice, leather and citrus. Vanilla and spice is the main characters in the show. Palate: On the palate the vanilla and spices are on the main stage. The leather and citrus notes hang out in the middle and back end of the palate but sometimes one is more noticeable than the other. It’s just sweet enough but hot over powering. The sweetness mixes well with the spice, citrus and leather notes. Finish: The finish is long and the heat tends to build until the finish fades with the heat.
