Neat. Very nearly clear. slight straw, not really noticeable unless next to a clear liquid. Aroma has some cooked agave, vegetal, black pepper, minerals, slight vanilla and oak if you're looking for it. Taste starts with slightly sweet agave, warming black pepper, vegetal, slight oak/vanilla/cinnamon and a touch of citrus. Finishes dry with that warm black pepper, some sweetness and faint vanilla/oak
Overall, a slightly wooded and delicate reposado. Maybe the reposado for blanco lovers. Sipping duty only. The flavors would get overwhelmed in about any mixer and there are cheaper options. Give it some air time before tasting, the wood notes and more delicate flavors get a little overwhelmed with ethanol on a fresh bottle/pour. It got a lot better with rest.
Cool bottle, of course. A little pricey, but worth trying if you're a sipper
