At the experimental distillery in Chattanooga. Tarnished brass in color, lots of medium speed legs. Plenty of caramel on the nose with toast, Asian pear, tobacco and bulk grain mustiness. Soft, but thin on the palate. A dry but pleasant woodiness comes out mid-way, followed by a short -medium finish with corn, more caramel and a bit of warmth from the rye spice.
