Bottle has been open for about 8 months & to label. The color is honey amber with long legs. The nose is honey apple & vanilla. The taste is predominated by cinnamon spice that coats the palate & has a long long finish. There is honey & vanilla. Some oak. Best i can say is oily spicy honey cinnamon. It’s very good.
