One of the best whiskeys I have ever tried. On the nose I am getting fresh cut green apple, honey, pear, dry hard cider, light toasted oak - and I have to say I am getting those exact same notes on the taste side of things as well. This was my first of the “spots” and I cannot wait to try the rest of the lineup!
