Nose: really excellent, very evident Madeira, raisins, caramel, almond, honey. Palate: velvety! Madeira and raisins masters of the field, light candied oranges, cinnamon, honey. Medium short and slightly bitter finish. I am not a fan of travel retail, but here I find a very drinkable product of excellent quality, better than the Aberfeldy 21yo. Rating 4.25 ________________________________________________________ Naso: veramente ottimo, Madeira molto evidente, uvetta, caramello, mandorlato, miele. Palato: vellutato! Madeira ed uvette padroni del campo, leggere arance candite, cannella, miele. Finale medio breve ed un po’ amarognolo.
