I don’t remember how long this has been open, but it’s about seven eights full. I remember when I first tasted it I didn’t much care for it, I can’t remember why. But tasting it now, it’s a very mellow, tasty bourbon. I get honey, orange zest and slight baking spices on the nose. It’s pretty slick and a little spicy on the palate, with more honey and orange zest and baking spices. Finish is somewhat lengthy and spicy with the same honey and orange zest notes. A little one dimensional, but enjoyable enough.
