Nose- tons of spice. Cinnamon, big red gum, nutmeg and hay. Hot hot hot Taste- herbal and peppery. Wet grass, fig. On the spicy side yet too hot and unbalanced Finish- best part of the pour. Nice mouthfeel with a decent finish. Black licorice and more pepper/spice It’s OO turned up to 114 proof but this one is too hot, unbalanced and messy. Probably going to make some killer cocktails though
