Michter's US*1 Toasted Barrel Finish Sour Mash Whiskey (2025 Release)
Other Whiskey — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 24, 2026Nose comes off youthful and grainy. Palate has campfire notes - char, marshmallow, caramel. A bit grainy on the finish. Some flaws but solid and flavorful for an 86 proof pour. Preferred ‘24’s offering quite a bit more.130.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed April 10, 2026 (edited April 11, 2026)Batch 4 (LL/LC) Vanilla cola goodness. Perfectly balanced spice. Some tannins on the finish hold this back a touch but truly a great bourbon.180.0 USD per Bottle -
Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 11
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 4, 2026 (edited April 11, 2026)Spice dominates up front, but a nice touch of sweetness rounds it out. Cinnamon, rye bread and candied nuts. The cinnamon candy note is strong on the finish, with some agave adding some herbal sweetness. Balanced one of the more layered and complex sub-100 proof whiskeys I’ve had.150.0 USD per Bottle -

Castle & Key 7 Year Cask Strength Wheated Bourbon (2024 Release)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 1, 2026Almost a sour Apple note, raisins. Nose reminds me of grain-foreward craft bourbon. Bitter tannins on the finish that linger way too long. Really enjoyed this when i first cracked but 3 months later, not so much.60.0 USD per Bottle -
