Classic bourbon profile. Cherries and peanuts.

Batch 4 (LL/LC) Vanilla cola goodness. Perfectly balanced spice. Some tannins on the finish hold this back a touch but truly a great bourbon.

Spice dominates up front, but a nice touch of sweetness rounds it out. Cinnamon, rye bread and candied nuts. The cinnamon candy note is strong on the finish, with some agave adding some herbal sweetness. Balanced one of the more layered and complex sub-100 proof whiskeys I’ve had.

9y 7m, 59.3%, Tier 4 Well balanced vanilla sweetness with rye spice. Custard and marshmallow notes. Some vegetal bitterness on the finish holds this back a bit.

Classic bourbon notes dialed up a notch. Charred oak, vanilla butter crème, candied cherries. Tons of flavor for 104 proof.

Almost a sour Apple note, raisins. Nose reminds me of grain-foreward craft bourbon. Bitter tannins on the finish that linger way too long. Really enjoyed this when i first cracked but 3 months later, not so much.

These always hit. Burnt caramels, some bready baking spices and vanilla extract. Less nutty than most Larceny BPs for me.

Gingerbread, hay funk, raspberries & cream, fair amount of spice. Very solid for an everyday wheater. Makes a great old fashioned as well.

Not too complex. Mostly wheat, corn and some “green” notes. Some candied citrus on the back end. Nice oily mouthfeel with a peppery lingering finish. Inoffensive, approachable and very sippable.
