Nose: oak, cinnamon, honey, graham cracker Palate: baking spices, black pepper, acidic fruit from the heat Finish: dark chocolate, oak, very long Overall: oak with a touch of heat. One of the more balanced batches. Finish is simple yet effective and lingering. Consistent, not overly complex but hits standard bourbon notes and a good price. Good to always have on the shelf when I want oak and proof. 6 on the t8ke scale
