The oak and vanilla profile is outstanding on this barrel pick. Very rich and decadent smelling. Taste - vanilla & oak all nicely balanced. Peanuts mid palate. Cherry juice coming in on the finish, with some alcohol heat and mint. Finish is medium length… wish it held just a tad longer.
