Wife surprised me with this for 7 years together. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this. It does a perfect dance of sweetness, oak, heat and complexity over the course of a dram. It coats the mouth well and the finish is satisfying. Maybe I lucked out with a honey barrel bottle or something. I love the balance of this at its proof point.
