Nose: very sweet. Almost smells like a caramel or toffee candy. Cinnamon. Corn. Palate: caramel apple. Buttered sweet corn. Silky mouthfeel. Lack of oaky maturity which is unsurprising from a 12month age statement. Finish: lingering finish, very soft slow burn, the cinnamon and caramel fighting for attention.
