Highland peat is bold on the nose but not overwhelming. Sweet, fruity, floral notes go under it. The pallet is a more bbq-like smoky peat. Those same dark fruits come behind that, there’s a slight saltiness going on too, with a nice lingering finish. This is great stuff!
