The nose I get is a salty Oceanside barn, lightly clean smoked and a little leather. There’s a bit of sweet fruity, almost apple slices in half. The first so hours you with a warm spicy sweetness, and a much more pronounced smokiness, but that quickly leaves you with a sweet lingering spicy heat on the tongue.
To me it’s got some life, there’s a lot going on here, like different chapters in a good book. Distinct taste chapters with a lasting conclusion that lasts long after the book is closed.
An interesting taste experience, worth a try.
