I absolutely love this whisky, but STOP CARAMEL COLORING AND CHILL FILTERING! This is NOT what whisky looks like, especially Islay's. This is so well crafted, so well marketed,s seen by many as one of the best ever. It is all over media and for its flavor, rightfully so. The bottle is beautiful as is the label. But it is deceiving to all non-colored whiskies. I sell independent bottlings for a living and customers scoff at light colored Islay whisky as if it isn't old enough. Truth is a distillery of this caliber claims to do things the slow, hard way. 3 ingredients, water, barley, yeast. And maybe e150 is made from barely, but color is added to make you think it is older. They need to take the lead and stop this crap. I would drink this even if it were clear. STOP IT!
