Nose is full of honey, vanilla, and a slight green apple. Not much caramel or spice picked up. Tasting it the mouth swish fills the throat with the vanilla, and honey and the caramels come out filling the throat with a slight rye spice also present. Nasally the swish is very mild and very little infiltrates and lingers but the honey and vanilla. Overall impression - nosing equates to the tasting with vanilla and honey high in expression with caramel and other notes being hidden in the background and only expressed in the throat.
