Nose: typical OF banana foster but deeper and more complex, butterscotch and toffee Palate: so balanced, banana nut bread but not as sweet (little toffee transfers) Finish: pleasant, it’s viscous so coats your mouth and it definitely drinks below the proof Overall: My brother and I each scored a bottle when we visited the distillery in Lville after chatting it up with Barb (thanks, for the opportunity to purchase, Barb!). It’s probably my most prized bottle in my modest bourbon collecting career/hobby. Great legs and a much darker color in the glen compared to most of my other bourbons.
