Nose: aromatic, balanced. Floral, fruity., warming spices, orange peel (sometimes more like cherry) Palate: red fruits, nuts, ginger getting dominant from mid-palate, bit smoky and some sweetness (for me more chocolate than honey) Finish: some typical highland park tobacco, but very much in the background, some smoke and chocolate, brine, bitterness
