Without ice: Aroma is oak casks, vanilla, and slight butterscotch. Taste is neutralized by the oak barrels. Just the taste of alcohol burn going down. With ice: Aroma of slight oak and citrus. Taste is oak, butterscotch and slight citrus. Less of the alcohol burn Overall, the casks negate the flavors of the scotch but it is smooth. Would like to taste a younger aging variant.
